Montreal Steak Seasoned Popcorn Hack

Ingredients

Serves 4
100 g popcorn kernels
30 ml vegetable oil
30 g unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
Salt, to taste

Procedure

Using a spice grinder, blend the Montreal Steak Seasoning until it’s fine. It’ll stick to the popcorn far better this way.
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add a few kernels to test heat. Once they pop, add the rest and cover. Shake occasionally until popping slows.
Transfer popcorn to a large bowl.
Drizzle melted butter over popcorn while tossing.
Sprinkle seasoning mix over in stages, tossing well.
Taste and adjust salt if needed. Serve immediately or store airtight.
