      - Serves 4
-  150 grain sugar 
-  20 g butter 
-  1 tbsp water 
-  4-6 tbsp Cholula 
-  1-2 tbsp oil 
-  40 g popcorn kernels 
-  1 tsp chilli powder 
-  Salt to taste  
Procedure
 - Melt the sugar with a splash of water over a medium heat. 
- When the colour begins to change, and the sugar has dissolved, you can begin to stir in the butter. 
 
- Once the butter is mixed in turn off the heat and add the Cholula, then whisk till combined. 
 
- Add the popcorn kernels, oil, and salt to a pan over a medium heat. 
 
- When the corn starts to pop, cover it with a lid and give it a good shake. 
 
- When the popping slows down, take the pan off the heat and the popcorn is good to go. 
 
- Add the popcorn to the warm caramel, then mix and finish with some chilli powder and salt.
