As the competition heats up for three young chefs competing to win a place on Team UK for the bi-annual WorldSkills competition, Schwartz for Chef pledges its support as a sponsor and gives them an insight into the best London has to offer dinner at Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley.
WorldSkills London 2011 takes place at ExCel London between 5-8 October and is the world’s largest, international skills Competition, where young people from across the globe will compete at the highest level to be the best. The three chefs that are contending for a single place on Team UK; Ben Murphy from Pierre Koffman, Oliver Lloyd from Claridges and Brendan Baxter from Restaurant 23, Northern Ireland, were given some inspiration when they were treated to dinner at Marcus Wareing at the Berkeley by Schwartz for Chef.

The Competition will feature 1,000 young people from over 50 member countries / regions competing in 45 skills areas from seven sectors ranging from creative arts and fashion, to transportation and logistics, including cooking and restaurant service, and around 150,000 visitors are expected to attend the event.
