- 30 g , (for the steak)
- 10 g , (for the prawns)
- 50 oil
- 50 oz rump steaks
- 30 whole raw prawns, shelled
- Fries and salad for serving (optional)
Procedure
- Divide the oil between the steak and prawns, add the appropriate Schwartz Wings Seasoning and toss each to coat with seasoning.
- Grill the steak to preference and rest for 2 minutes.
- Grill the prawns until pink and cooked through.
- Serve with fries and salad.
