- to taste
- 1 lbs strong white bread flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 sachets dried yeast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 400 water
Procedure
- Place the flour, salt, yeast, oil and water in a mixer and mix to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes.
- Line 2 baking sheets with greaseproof paper. Divide the dough in half and flatten out onto each baking tray.
- Sprinkle the Garlic and Herb Seasoning over the dough and leave to prove until doubled in size – about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 220?C and bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
