- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 1 yellow pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp Schwartz ® Fajita Seasoning
- Heat the oil in a frying pan. Tip in the chicken, peppers and onions with the Fajita seasoning.
- Cook until the chicken is cooked through and the onion and pepper has become soft.
Place on top of a cooked through jacket potato. Top with sour cream and grated cheese.
