Procedure
- Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the chicken for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Add the Schwartz for Chef Chopped Garlic in Oil and mushrooms and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon zest, Schwartz for Chef Mustard, cream and seasoning.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with cooked rice.
