- PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Whisk together the Schwartz Chinese Five Spice, Garlic Puree and oil. Brush the chickens with the marinade.
- METHOD:
- Pre heat the Rotisserie, cook for 60 – 70 mins dependant on weight of birds. Baste during cooking time.
- Serve with spicy dip of mayo and Schwartz Chinese Five Spice Seasoning.
