Marinate the chicken:
Place the sliced chicken in a bowl. Mix the fajita seasoning with the oil, then pour over the chicken. Stir to coat evenly.
Cook the chicken:
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Assemble the pizzas:
Divide the cooked chicken, peppers, and onion evenly over the 4 pizzas.
Bake:
Cook in a hot oven (around 220°C) until the pizzas are golden and toppings are tender - usually 8–12 minutes depending on your oven.

!
To substitute chicken with beef:
· Use 400 g minced beef
· Dry fry until cooked.
· Add 1 tbsp fajita seasoning and cook for another 5 minutes.
· Top the pizzas as above.
