Our sizzling chicken fajitas are made with tender strips of seasoned chicken, sautéed onions and peppers, served in a soft and warm flour tortilla, with grated cheese and sour cream. A classic Tex-Mex favourite that's sure to satisfy.

Servings    4   8   24   48   80   100    Serves 4  2 tbsp Oil     560 g Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, sliced     180 g Onions, sliced     1 Red Pepper, sliced     1 Green Pepper, sliced     20 g  Schwartz ® Fajita Seasoning       4 x 6-7 inch Flour Tortillas     200 g Salsa Sauce     Soured Cream, to serve     Grated Cheese, to serve     Procedure  Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the chicken and onion over a high heat for 8-10 minutes, or until the chicken is browned. Add the peppers and Schwartz Fajita Seasoning and fry for a further 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve wrapped in flour tortillas with soured cream, Schwartz Salsa and grated cheese. ! Instead of filling a wrap, use as a sandwich filling, either hot or cold in a warm baguette with salsa and grated cheese.
