- 1 2/5 kg skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- Beaten egg
- 300 g
- Oil for deep frying
- 170 g honey
- 250 g Schwartz ® Barbecue Sauce
Procedure
- Dip the chicken in the egg and then into the Schwartz Yankee Fried Breader. Deep fry at 190°C until golden and cooked throughout.
- Mix the honey and Schwartz Barbecue Sauce together and serve as a dip with the chicken strips.
