Ingredients

Serves 1
1 large baked jacket potato (hot, split open)
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning
Optional toppings: grated cheese, sour cream, pickled jalapeños, crispy onions

Procedure

Using a spice grinder, blend the Montreal Steak Seasoning until it’s fine. If you prefer a courser seasoning, use it without grinding.
Split open the hot jacket potato.
Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle generously with the Montreal Steak Seasoning.
Optional: add cheese, sour cream or other hot toppings to build it out.
Serve immediately.
