- 1 kg cooked prawns
- 5 ripe avocados
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- 200 g mixed leaves
- 250 g feta cheese, diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 5 tbsp mild olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Procedure
- Mix the prawns with the Schwartz Buffalo Wings Seasoning.
- Slice the avocado and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Divide the mixed leaves between the plates, top with the avocado, tomatoes, feta and prawns.
- Mix the lime juice with the mild olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad before serving.
