- 1 2/5 kg cod or haddock fillets, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 white sauce, prepared
- 575 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 30 g
- 1 kg cooked pasta
- 250 g bread crumbs
Procedure
- Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC, 400ºC, Gas Mark 6.
Place the fish in an ovenproof dish. - Heat the white sauce and add 500g Cheddar cheese and the Schwartz for Chef Mesquite Seasoning.
- Add the pasta to the fish, pour over the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bread crumbs and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

!
Replace half the fish with prawns or add 250g (10oz) spinach.
