- 10 Salmon steaks
- 3 tbsp
- 100 natural yoghurt
- 1/2 tbsp Chopped Chilli in Oil
Procedure
- Dust salmon steaks with Schwartz for Chef Chinese Five Spice Seasoning, pre-heat grill.
- Oil grill lightly and grill salmon steaks for 4-5 mins until flake away from skin.
- Serve with a natural yoghurt mixed with ½ tsp of Chilli in oil.
