- 1 1/2 kg low-fat natural yoghurt
- 100 lemon juice
- 2 sachets
- 5 avocadoes, stoned, skinned and sliced
- 1 kg cooked prawns
Procedure
- Mix together the low-fat natural yoghurt, lemon juice and Moroccan Recipe Mix.
- Serve the avocado slices with the prawns and top with a dollop of the yoghurt.
