- 2 x 10 inch pizza bases
- 500 g tinned tuna
- 50 g Schwartz for Chef Thai Seasoning
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 bunch spring onions, finely sliced
- Tomato paste
- Grated cheese
Procedure
- Preheat the oven to 190ºC, Gas Mark 5.
- Spread each pizza base with tomato paste. Flake the tuna and stir in the Schwartz for Chef Thai Seasoning.
- Divide the peppers and spring onions between the 2 pizzas and sprinkle over the cheese. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
