- 1 2/5 kg minced lamb
- 75 lamb stock
- 1 tbsp Schwartz ® Garlic Puree
- 1/2 tbsp
- 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 2 onions, cut into chunks
- 10 wooden skewers
Procedure
- Mix together the minced meat, stock, Schwartz for Chef Garlic Purée and spring onions. Divide the mixture into 10 and roll into meatballs.
- Roll in the Schwartz for Chef Montreal Pepper Seasoning. Thread onto 10 wooden skewers alternating with the pepper and onion pieces.
- Place under a preheated grill for 10-15 minutes or until cooked throughout, turning occasionally.
