- For the salad:
- 300 g red onions, thinly sliced
- 20 fresh tomatoes, quartered, stems removed
- 125 g Noels ® Stoneless Black Olives in Brine
- 1 tsp
- 450 g Feta cheese, cubed
- 120 olive oil
- 4 tbsp DE NIGRIS White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Schwartz ® Oregano
- For the bread:
- 50 g
- 10 pitta breads
Procedure
- Mix together the red onion, tomatoes, Noel’s Black Olives, Schwartz Herbes de Provence and feta cheese.
- Make a vinaigrette with the olive oil and DE NIGRIS White Wine Vinegar and Schwartz oregano. Pour over the salad.
- Meanwhile, spread the Schwartz Chopped Garlic in Oil over one side of the pitta bread and grill. Slice and serve with the Greek Salad.
