- 1x (400 grams) can chick peas
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- 150 g tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1x lemon - juiced
- 30 g Moroccan spice
- 100 water
- salt to taste
- 30 g olive oil
Procedure
- Place all the ingredients except the olive oil and salt into a food processor, blend until smooth and well combined.
- Add salt to taste, serve with a drizzle of oil on the top. Serve for sandwiches or a dip for pitta bread.
