- 1 7/10 prepared tomato soup
- 50 g
- 1 ciabatta, cut into rough chunks
- 60 olive oil
- 2 tbsp Schwartz ® Mixed Herbs
Procedure
- Bring the soup to boil. Add Schwartz Arrabbiata Seasoning and keep warm.
- Heat the oil and brown the croutons. Add Schwartz Mixed Herbs to the croutons while they are still hot.
- Top each serving of soup with a few croutons and serve immediately.
