Mix together Schwartz Cranberry Sauce, brown sugar, rum and Schwartz Ground Nutmeg. Remove the rind of the top of the brie, leaving about 1/2 cm around the edge (leaving sides and bottom of the brie intact).
Place Brie in an ovenproof dish and top with the cranberry mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped pine nuts. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until cheese softens. Serve with a side garnish.
