- 112 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 125 double cream
- 1/2 tsp
Procedure
- Place butter and sugar in a medium saucepan on a medium heat. Cook and stir until mixture turns a deep amber colour.
- Carefully stir in cream and vanilla; mixture will be bubbly. Whisking constantly, cook until sauce thickens and coats back of a spoon.
