- Warm the oil gently in a pan
- Remove from heat and stir in the Fajita seasoning
- Allow to cool before use
- For the crisps;
- Heat the oil to 170c.
- Fry the potato slices until golden.
- Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with the Fajita seasoning.
- To serve;
- Warm the refried beans and serve in a bowl.
- Drizzle with Fajita oil to taste.
- Serve the Fajita crisps on the side to dip in the beans.
