PREPARATION IN ADVANCE: Slice spring onions and peppers. Cook noodles as per instructions. Refresh.
METHOD: Heat wok and add 3 tbsp oil, add spring onions and peppers, Schwartz for Chef Garlic Puree and Chopped Chilli in Oil. Stir fry for 2 mins, toss in noodles and heat.
Add soy sauce and stir through flaked tuna fish. Serve.
