- Pre-heat an oven to 170ºC / Gas Mark 3. Place the belly pork in a large baking tray and slowly cook the pork until all the fat has rendered down and the meat is very tender.
- Turn the oven up to 190ºC / Gas Mark 5. ’Pull’ the pork into strips and stir in the Schwartz for Chef Fajita Seasoning.
- Mix the tomato paste with the Schwartz for Chef BBQ Sauce and spread over the 2 pizza bases.
- Top the pizzas with the vegetables, pork and lastly the cheese. Return the pizzas to the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes.
