Ingredients
Serves 6
- 1 (1 kilogram) unsmoked gammon
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Cholula hot sauce
Procedure
- Cook the gammon at a low heat in the oven or BBQ at 120°C until it reaches an internal temp of 60°C.
- Baste with the glaze mix until internal temp hits 65°C in the thickest part.
- Take off and cool then slice and serve.
