- 10 large field mushrooms, stalks removed
- 125 g butter, softened
- 250 g fresh white breadcrumbs, lightly toasted
- 300 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 45 g
- 2 tsp Schwartz ® Parsley
Procedure
- Place the mushrooms, undersides uppermost, on a baking sheet.
- Mix the butter, Schwartz for Chef Parsley,;breadcrumbs, cheese and Schwartz for Chef Chopped Garlic in Oil and spread evenly on the mushrooms.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC, 350ºF, Gas Mark 4 for 5-10 minutes or until lightly golden and tender.
- Serve with side salad.
