- 200 g mixed green salad leaves, washed
- 50 cider vinegar
- 125 olive oil
- 200 g sprouts, broccoli or alfalfa, washed
- 2 medium cucumbers, chopped
- 2 avocados, cubed
- 50 g chia seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- For the dressing:
- 20 g
- 25 g Dijon mustard
Procedure
- Place all the ingredients for the salad into a large salad bowl and toss until combined.
- To make the dressing, whisk all the ingredients together until smooth. Pour over the salad, toss thoroughly and serve.
