- Melt the butter in a large frying pan and fry the onions and peanuts for 3-4 minutes. Stir in Schwartz for Chef Garam Masala.
- Add the remaining vegetables and fry for a further 4-5 minutes. Add Schwartz for Chef Kashmir Mango Chutney and heat through.
- Season to taste. Serve with cooked rice.
