- Blanch the cauliflower for 2-3 mins to soften.
- Combine the melted butter or oil with Old Bay and brush over the entire cauliflower.
- Place the cauliflower on the BBQ for 30 mins, making sure to turn and baste frequently.
- Drizzle coconut yogurt on top and serve with either a sprinkle of pomegranates or a splash or two of Cholula.
